Choosing a Crib

My husband and I have been searching around, visiting stores, checking out their cribs, looking at what functions we like, styles, color. We knew we wanted a crib with static sides that don’t move down or up, as this is a very big hazard for breaking and catching baby’s limbs even deaths.  We went to various stores in our area and settled upon Sears.
Sears had the best warranties, and really amazing staff to help with our registry and picking out products that suit what we want.

We choose the Stork Craft® Monique’ 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, it has everything we need in crib for our little one. We liked the style of the crib (we ordered ours in white), and also the 4-in-1 functionality.  It converts from a crib to toddler bed to daybed, then a double bed. We also like the fact that it has an adjustable three position mattress support base.

Then to compliment the crib we picked the SEARS-O-PEDIC 2-sided Extra-firm Crib Mattress. The 2-sided is for extra support when the baby reaches toddler size. No need for a new mattress with great support, we’ve got it! We love Sears mattress’s and their warranty’s.

We’ve ordered the crib and mattress and they’ll be delivered early in June, I’ll make sure I do a follow up post about how the crib was to put together.

… Now on to picking out the rest of the essentials!
